Local and Social History Group
![]() |
Our meetings take place at the COWSHACC at 14:00 (unless
otherwise agreed) on the 3rd Tuesday of
the month. We usually have a speaker or one of the members of the
group will give a presentation. In the summer months we organise
trips to local places of interest. We try to cover the history of
all mid-Wales and the Borders and welcome any new ideas for talks
and trips. The trips usually end up with tea/coffee and cakes !
We are always happy to welcome new members.
