If you want to join us, just come along to a monthly meeting on the first Wednesday of the month and you can join on the spot!

CRITERIA

The only qualification for membership is that you should have ceased full-time paid work. You are welcome regardless of your sex, religion, politics, ethnic origins, or disability. There is no lower or upper age limit.

COST

The annual subscription is currently £12 a year, with a 50p charge each main monthly meeting. These cover the hire of the room, coffee/tea, capitation to the national organisation (which provides loads of support plus appropriate insurance cover) and admin expenses. The Interest Groups are self-funding and must pay for their own expenses, materials and trips.

PLEASE NOTE

If you just want to come along for a taster at our monthly Wednesday meetings, it costs £2. You cannot join an interest group separately from the U3A as a whole – you must have paid your annual subscription first.
